Client Responsibilities

Acceptable Use Policy

Payment and Billing Terms

Consultation services operate on a subscription basis with specific payment terms and conditions outlined below.

• Monthly subscription fees of $250 are due in advance and include all consultation services
• Payment processing fees and applicable taxes are included in the stated subscription price
• Late payment may result in service suspension until account is brought current

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel subscriptions with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period without early termination fees.

Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. All fees paid are considered earned upon service delivery commencement.

Service Disclaimers

Consultation services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties regarding specific outcomes or financial results achievement.

Liability Limitations

Cynovaplexa's liability for any claims related to consultation services is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Cynovaplexa's total liability exceed the annual subscription fees paid by the affected client.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Cynovaplexa against claims arising from misuse of consultation services, violation of terms, or misrepresentation of information provided.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes efficiently through established procedures before resorting to formal legal action.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to Malaysian court jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that may arise.

Service Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time with proper notice as specified in the cancellation policy section.

Cynovaplexa may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or other violations of this agreement with appropriate notice.

Terms Modification

Cynovaplexa reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice to active clients via email or website announcement.

Continued use of services after terms modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms and conditions.

Severability Provision

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms continue in full effect and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to achieve its intended purpose.

Complete Agreement
